The comprehensive formula of ND4® GEL TRIPLE ZERO provides:

✓ A carbohydrate matrix in a 1:0.8 glucose vs. fructose ratio in line with the latest published studies1,2,3 on carbohydrate oxidation efficiency. This proportion facilitates the absorption of carbohydrates by reducing the saturation of transporters at the cellular level, achieving a greater and more efficient supply of energy per unit of time, and can reach 120g/h4 with adequate digestive training.

Each sachet provides 30 grams of carbohydrates, facilitating different combinations to reach 60, 90 and 120g/h.

✓Biologically active branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 8:1:1 ratio, achieving an extra supply of L-leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.) and L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®).
