settings_backup_restore Returns / Right of withdrawal / Changes
You are allowed to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the items, as long as it is unused, in perfect condition and preserving the original packaging. Returns of customized products, products with expiration date and keeped by order are not allowed.
Request Return number:
1. Log in to your user account
2. Go to the Order History section
3. Click on "Data" of the order of which you want to return/change the product
4. Select the product (s) you wish to return/change by checking the box next to your name (s).
5. Add an explanation of the reason for the return/change
6. Click the "Make RMA return ticket"
Preparation and delivery of the package:
1. Prepare the items to return/change the package that you have received your order or a similar one and adapting to the measures of the content. Please, make sure the articles doesn’t damage during transport.
2. Once we manage the return/change (you will receive an email when it happens, "waiting for packages" status) access to the section my returns and print the return note and attach it visibly on the outside of the package.
3. Indicate the RMA code on the outter of the parcel and send it to us to the following adress:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the RMA refund certificate be generated before the corresponding term expires.
To meet the withdrawal period, just only send communication before the expiry of the deadline.
Once the material is received in perfect conditions with its original packaging, we will proceed with the refund.
