Damages during shipping
Allmost our shipments have an insurance that covers the damages caused during transport (according to carrier).

You must indicate on the delivery note that the material is "pending review" and open the packaging of all the products of your order to check they work properly and that the structure of the articles do not have any deterioration.
If you detect any impact or anomaly on your order or lack of any article, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery of the package so that we can take care of the incident through a contact form, attaching images of the packaging and the product a brief explanation.
