Damages during shipping
Allmost our shipments have an insurance that covers the damages caused during transport (according to carrier).
You must indicate on the delivery note that the material is "pending review" and open the packaging of all the products of your order to check they work properly and that the structure of the articles do not have any deterioration.
If you detect any impact or anomaly in the packaging or lack of any article, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery of the package so that we can take care of the incident through a contact form, attaching images of the packaging and the product a brief explanation.
Once the notice is received, we will manage the incident with the transport company, speeding up the procedures as much as possible, to respond without delay to any replacement or similar on our part.
It is necessary to keep the packaging and the articles in their original condition until the claim process is completed.
Claim period for hidden damages: within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Any claim not processed in these periods can not be processed.

You are allowed to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the items, as long as it is unused, in perfect condition and preserving the original packaging. Returns of customized products, products with expiration date and keeped by order are not allowed.
Request Return number:
1. Log in to your user account
2. Go to the Order History section
3. Click on "Data" of the order of which you want to return/change the product
4. Select the product (s) you wish to return/change by checking the box next to your name (s).
5. Add an explanation of the reason for the return/change
6. Click the "Make RMA return ticket"
Preparation and delivery of the package:
1. Prepare the items to return/change the package that you have received your order or a similar one and adapting to the measures of the content. Please, make sure the articles doesn’t damage during transport.
2. Once we manage the return/change (you will receive an email when it happens, "waiting for packages" status) access to the section my returns and print the return note and attach it visibly on the outside of the package.
3. Indicate the RMA code on the outter of the parcel and send it to us to the following adress:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the RMA refund certificate be generated before the corresponding term expires.
To meet the withdrawal period, just only send communication before the expiry of the deadline.
Once the material is received in perfect conditions with its original packaging, we will proceed with the refund.
All new products are legally guaranteed for three years for any type of product (EU Directive 2019/771 & Spanish RDL 7/2021) from the date of issue of the invoice / receipt of sale. Some manufacturers extend this period for longer or even for life on a commercial basis.
Parts subject to wear, defects caused by negligence, shock, use or improper handling or defects are not cover by warranty, also specifications indicated in the description of the item or previously located.
To proceed to the warranty, you must send us a message indicating the item and why the claim, attaching the invoice / ticket sales and we will send you further instructions.
We work as quickly as possible to expedite the warranties to the maximum, however wait-time variation depending on the item purchased (there is an average of 3-4 weeks).
