Infisport Glutamin + Zinc 150 Tablets

Glutamine is an abundant amino acid in muscle tissue and blood. Zinc is a micronutrient associated with many functions, among them the immune system and antioxidant activity in the body.

Under resting conditions, glutamine is used for the removal of ammonia (a waste product of the metabolism which is very toxic to the body) in order to maintain our defenses and also for the proper functioning of the intestine, which aside from helping prevent infection, facilitates proper absorption of nutrients in the food we eat daily.

However during periods in which there is protein destruction (infections, surgery, trauma, etc.) and especially during sporting efforts of high intensity and duration, glutamine is also used in order to detoxify the body of toxic metabolites produced by destroying our own proteins (also known as 'protein catabolism'), which occurs primarily when glycogen muscle deposits that are used as energy sources are diminished.

While performing these protracted and/or high intensity efforts, blood glutamine levels increase considerably, to later suffer significant declines during the recovery period, taking several hours or days to recover the existing levels before exercise. This leads to what is known as 'overtraining syndrome', among other things, producing a decrease in immune system activity. It has been clearly demonstrated that zinc intake is very low in athletes, which is why its supplementation is extremely necessary in order for the immune system to function perfectly

Infisport Glutamin provides adequate quantities of these two nutrients in chemically pure form so that the organic functions, wherever they participate, are optimal.

Container with 150 tablets of 870 mg each.
Container with 300 grams of powder.

INGREDIENTS:

L-glutamine, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (tablets) compacting: dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sorbitol (tablets), lubricant: magnesium stearate (tablets), zinc sulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
HOW TO USE:

Tablets: Take 2-3 tablets 3 times a day. Take one always after finishing exercise.

Polvo: Powder: Take one dosing measurement (3g) twice daily, once always after finishing exercise.
