During long-term and/or high-intensity sports practice, specific physiological replacement needs are generated, such as the supply of easily assimilated carbohydrates and electrolytes that contribute to good sports performance.

Recent scientific publications2,3,4 show that the 1:0.8 glucose:fructose ratio facilitates high carbohydrate assimilation of up to 120g/hour by not saturating glucose and/or fructose transporters.

Each serving of ND4® Triple Zero 1:0.8 provides 60 grams of carbohydrates, facilitating different combinations to reach 90-1206 g/hour.

Following the recommendations of the main Sports Medicine Organizations1,5 regarding the concentration of sodium in technical rehydration drinks so that they are effective, providing a sodium concentration of 1,000mg/liter (500mg per service). In addition, it includes other minerals such as potassium, magnesium, zinc and selenium in significant amounts to replace electrolytes lost during physical activity.

It also incorporates amino acids in their biologically active form: 2 g of BCAA's in a 6:1:1 ratio (100% Ajinomoto Co.) and 1 g of L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) per serving.

The magnesium and vitamin B6 content of its formulation favors the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Its contribution in vitamin C, B1, B2 and B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism.

On the other hand, selenium and vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

ND4® Triple Zero 1:0.8 has been formulated free of added sweeteners, colors and flavors. Its smooth and pleasant flavor comes from carbohydrate sources, minimizing the saturation effect of the aftertaste generated by heavy flavors.

ND4® is presented in a can of 800 g powder, neutral flavor.
